Where DAKfusion agrees to undertake a project, the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, responsibilities, and other applicable terms will be defined in the relevant project agreement or statement of work.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, time, or a separate agreement.

Changes to a project may affect the original timeline and cost.

Project fees, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, and other financial terms will be communicated and agreed upon before applicable work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A quotation is not a final invoice.
• Project work may be subject to an initial deposit or milestone payment.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Third-party services, subscriptions, licenses, hosting, domains, APIs, software, or other external costs may be charged separately where applicable.

Specific payment terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement or invoice.

Some technology solutions may require third-party services, platforms, software, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, cloud services, domain registrars, or other external providers.

DAKfusion may recommend or integrate third-party services where appropriate.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, DAKfusion is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages or downtime.
• Changes to third-party pricing or policies.
• Suspension or termination of third-party services.
• Security incidents originating from third-party systems outside DAKfusion's control.

Where a third-party service is required for your project, you may be responsible for maintaining the relevant account, subscription, license, or payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DAKfusion retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including its:

• Brand
• Logos
• Website
• Frameworks
• Libraries
• Templates
• Reusable components
• Internal tools
• Processes
• Know-how
• Pre-existing code and materials

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of DAKfusion's pre-existing intellectual property.

Third-party software, libraries, frameworks, APIs, fonts, images, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Where a project requires information, content, credentials, files, branding, data, or other materials from you, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to provide those materials to DAKfusion.

You are also responsible for ensuring that information supplied to DAKfusion is accurate and complete.

Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or late information may affect project timelines.

We understand that projects may involve confidential business, technical, financial, or operational information.

DAKfusion will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared with us.

Where a project requires specific confidentiality obligations, the parties may enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or include confidentiality provisions in the applicable project agreement.

We may collect and process personal information when you use our website, contact us, submit a project request, or apply to join the DAKfusion Network.

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the website and submitting information, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for legitimate business purposes, including responding to enquiries, evaluating applications, communicating with you, providing services, and managing projects.

Where applicable, professionals may submit applications to join the DAKfusion Network.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, employment, or project opportunities.

DAKfusion may review submitted information, portfolios, qualifications, experience, and other relevant information before determining whether an applicant is suitable for the network.

Being accepted into the DAKfusion Network does not guarantee a minimum number of projects, income, or future engagements.

Additional agreements may apply to professionals who participate in specific projects.

We aim to keep the DAKfusion website available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates

• Network interruptions
